Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain categories such as perishables, digital goods, and personalised items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, log in to your account and navigate to My Orders. Select the order and click Request Return. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
