1. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the seller's dispatch time. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary by seller and order value. Orders above a certain threshold may qualify for free shipping. The applicable shipping charge is displayed on the checkout page before payment.

3. Store Pickup

Some sellers offer a Store Pickup option. If selected at checkout, no delivery address is required. You will be notified by the seller once your order is ready for collection.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also view your order status in My Orders under your profile.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe or is damaged on arrival, please contact us at support@bazaar.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
